What is YER?

Three tools from one maker, and a token. YerTaxes turns your crypto history into something an accountant can use. YerTruth is a timeline where backing what you say costs money. YerTerminal reads who really holds a coin. They are separate sites with separate terms; this page is the front door to all three.

Which one do I want?

It is tax season and I traded crypto: YerTaxes.

I want to argue about what a post really meant, and put money where my mouth is: YerTruth.

I am looking at a coin and want to know who is holding it: YerTerminal, if you have been invited.

Do I need one account for all three?

No, and there is no such account. YerTaxes and YerTruth use a wallet signature. YerTerminal uses a Google sign-in that has to be approved ahead of time. Nothing is shared between them.

What does the YER token do?

It gives tiered access to the YerTaxes tools: hold enough and you get daily runs without paying per run. Separately, the plan is to open YerTerminal's closed beta first to wallets holding 10M+ $YER.

That is the whole list. It has no intrinsic value and gives you no ownership, equity or rights. Its price can go to zero. It is not an investment.

Do I need YER to use anything?

No. YerTaxes also takes payment in SOL. YerTruth takes SOL, USDC and other tokens you already hold. YerTerminal costs nothing; today it is by invitation only, whatever you hold.

Is there a YerTruth coin? A YerTerminal coin?

No, and no. Neither site has issued a token. Anyone offering one, or a presale or an airdrop in their name, is not us.

How do I know I have the real token and the real sites?

The real sites are the ones the front door links to. Nobody from YER will message you first, ask for a seed phrase, or ask you to "validate" or "migrate" a wallet. Treat any contract address you did not get from this site as fake, and check the address bar before you connect a wallet to anything.

Which chains does each one read?

YerTaxes: Solana and Ethereum, with Coinbase exports. Robinhood Chain is coming.

YerTruth: payments on Solana and Robinhood Chain.

YerTerminal: Solana, Ethereum and Robinhood Chain.

Why can't I get into YerTerminal?

It is in closed beta, invite only. Access is given to individual Google accounts by invitation, and there is no sign-up form or waiting list.

When it widens, the plan is to let in wallets holding 10,000,000 or more $YER first, and everyone else after that. There is no date. It is a plan, not a promise: holding $YER does not entitle you to access, and the amount or the order can change. Do not buy $YER just to get in.

Will any of these ask for my seed phrase or hold my money?

Never. None of them holds your funds or your keys. YerTerminal does not connect to a wallet at all. On the other two, connecting only proves an address is yours, and every payment is a separate transaction your wallet shows you first.

Where are the detailed answers?

On each tool's own FAQ, linked from inside that site. They are kept beside the code they describe, so they are the ones to trust on refunds, fees, what is recorded and how things work.

Is any of this financial or tax advice?

No. YerTaxes is a calculator, not a CPA. YerTerminal shows measurements, not recommendations. YerTruth ranks by money, not by truth. Have a professional check anything you file, and only risk what you can afford to lose.
